Back from Gabaldon.

I LOVED IT! I always love doing anything and everything Gabaldon-related (specifically for the Dumagats). Even if I couldn't physically go, I would do projects to at least help them in some way.

Anyway, I decided a week prior our departure to finally seize the opportunity. Raf asked me if he could go, and since I had always wanted to go, I decided to go with him. Besides, I was complacent (despite being unfit) because I knew Raf could carry my things in case I start feeling weak. :D But thank GOD we didn't climb any mountains or cross any hard-core rivers! (One time tawid lang, which is a-ok by me...) 30 kits of school supplies packed in my two packs are hella heavy.

Anyway, here are some pictures....

Raf and I "tenting" it out.. yes....

Tatay Rohel singing his very socially-relevant-sapol-sa-konsensiya song
while Randy and the rest of the group listen.

Melai and I have an adobo Sunday breakfast. (Check out the background...)

This is me reading Blue Day (or Asul na Araw) to the Dumagat kids.

The kids couldn't wait to get their hands on painting

Some of the kids' artworks. ANG GALING NILA!!!

All our pictures can be seen at My multiply site.
